Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Without A Doubt ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit without-a-doubt.com or make a purchase. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Without A Doubt is an independent clothing brand based in Australia. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@without-a-doubt.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order.
Payment information: card payments are processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full
card details.
Automatically collected: when you browse the site we and our analytics/advertising partners may collect
device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies.
We also store this navigation data in our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and service emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud, measure and improve the performance of our site and advertising, and — only where you have opted in — send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any such email.
Email tracking
Our marketing and review-request emails contain a small invisible image and links that pass through our own redirect, so we can see whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. This is recorded against your email address and helps us judge whether our emails are useful. Order confirmations and shipping notices are not used to build advertising profiles. Most email apps let you block remote images, which prevents open tracking; you can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Google Customer Reviews
We take part in Google Customer Reviews. On the order confirmation page, Google shows an invitation to review your purchase. To make that invitation possible we pass Google your email address, an order reference, your delivery country and an estimated delivery date. If you accept, Google emails you a short survey after your parcel is due, and your answers are held by Google and used to calculate our seller rating — we do not receive your individual response and cannot publish it on this site. If you decline the invitation, nothing further is sent. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Reviews you write on this site
Separately from the above, we may invite you by email to leave a review here. Anything you submit — the rating, your comments, the name and any location you choose to give — may be published publicly on the relevant product page, along with our reply. Please do not include information you would rather keep private. Ask us at any time and we will remove it.
Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and pixels to keep the site working (e.g. your cart) and to understand and improve performance and advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API and the TikTok Pixel, which help us measure ad performance and may build audiences for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences and TikTok privacy settings.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional and marketing email), Meta and TikTok (advertising and analytics), Google (Customer Reviews, as described above), Australia Post (delivery — we pass your name, address and contact details so your parcel can be delivered and tracked), and Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International data transfers
Some of our providers store and process data outside Australia (including in the United States). Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with applicable privacy law.
Data retention
We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, email contact@without-a-doubt.com. Australian residents who are not satisfied with our response may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). EU/EEA residents have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are encrypted and handled by Stripe; the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our site and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
