How a pre-order works here
What happens when you pre-order the Deep Water Guardian tee or cap: when you pay, when it ships, and what happens to the rest of your order.
The Deep Water Guardian tee and the Deep Water Guardian cap are on pre-order. That means they are being made now, and you can buy one before it reaches Perth. Here is what happens when you do.
You pay when you order
A pre-order goes through the same checkout as everything else, and the payment is taken at that moment. The confirmation email lists the item as a pre-order and says when it ships.
It ships in the month shown on its page
Each pre-order page says when the item ships, and so does the line in your cart. Pre-orders go out first, before the item goes on general sale.
The rest of your order does not wait
If your order also holds something that is in stock, a pair of socks for example, that part ships straight away. The pre-order follows later in its own parcel.
Sizes are limited by the run
The number of tees in each size was fixed when the run was ordered, so a size can sell out during the pre-order. The cap is one size with an adjustable strap.
Delivery and returns
Parcels leave from Perth with Australia Post. We measured how long that takes for each state in How long delivery takes from Perth. Returns are open for 30 days from delivery, and the returns page explains how.
