How long delivery takes from Perth, state by state
Delivery times measured on 110 parcels posted from Perth with Australia Post: about 3 days within WA, 6 to 7 days to the east coast, 8 to Tasmania.
Every order leaves from Perth with Australia Post. Perth is about 3,300 km from Sydney in a straight line, so a parcel to the east coast crosses the whole country by road and rail before it reaches your letterbox.
Carriers publish estimates. We went through our own orders. The numbers below come from 110 parcels posted and delivered up to 20 September 2026. Each time runs from the day the parcel was handed to Australia Post to the day it was delivered, in calendar days, weekends included.

Across the country, half of the parcels were delivered within 6.6 days of being posted, and nine in ten within 8.4 days. The ACT and the Northern Territory rest on a handful of parcels, so read those two lines as an indication.
From the order to the post office
Orders are packed in Perth every business day. Over the same parcels, the median time between the payment and the hand-over to Australia Post was 1.2 days. An order placed on a Friday night usually leaves on Monday.
Counting from the moment you pay, half of the orders were at the door within 7.8 days and nine in ten within 11.1 days.
What it costs
Delivery is one flat rate anywhere in Australia, and it is free once the order passes the amount shown in the bar at the top of every page. The cart tells you how far you are from it.
Tracking
The day your parcel is handed over, you get an email with its Australia Post tracking number. The link in that email shows every scan along the way. If a parcel sits still for several days, reply to that email and we will chase it with Australia Post.
Pre-orders
A pre-order ships in the month shown on its product page. If the same order holds something that is in stock, that part ships straight away and the pre-order follows in its own parcel.
